Right of withdrawal

The Customer pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations, under the conditions set out below.

METHOD AND TIMING FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days, starting from the day after receiving the product and to receive a refund of the price even if the product does not show defects. This right is subject to certain conditions and limitations (please read below).

The exercise of the right of withdrawal can be carried out in one of the following ways:

Using the form available on the site on the page of the same name;

The right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. The product must be returned, by GLS courier, to ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO SRLS A SOCIO UNICO in its original packaging. The customer who exercises the right of withdrawal must return the purchased goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 working days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw. In case of cancellation of an order for exercising the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or sent by ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO SRLS A SOCIO UNICO by mistake.

Within 5 (five) working days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO SRLS A SOCIO UNICO will send the Customer, to the email address indicated in the order or in the withdrawal request, the Return Authorization Number (NAR) which will identify practice. Within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Return Authorization Number (NAR), the Customer will, at his own expense, ship to the following address:

he product carefully packed, indicating on the packaging the Return Authorization Number (NAR) assigned by ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO SRLS A SOCIO UNICO. The deadline is considered respected if the Customer sends the product before the expiry of the period of 14 (fourteen) days.

METHOD AND TIMES OF REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER OF THE COST OF THE PRODUCT AND SHIPPING COSTS

Pursuant to Article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05 ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO SRLS A SOCIO UNICO will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from part of the Customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO SRLS A SOCIO UNICO); in any case, the Customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this refund. ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO SRLS A SOCIO UNICO may withhold the reimbursement until he has received the intact product or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs first. For purchases made by bank transfer ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO SRLS A SOCIO UNICO will proceed with the refund by bank transfer.

For purchases made by payment with credit cards or PayPal, the refund will be made by crediting the customer’s account or a reversal of the transaction. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for sealed products that do not lend themselves to being replaced for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery (Skin care products, body care products , makeup and other cosmetics). We urge the Customer to take reasonable care of the product before returning it – in particular, the products must not have been damaged.
