HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Buying in the ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO Online Store is very simple: to find what interests you, use the specific links in the categories “Men”, “Women”, or search through News. Once you have found the product you want to order, select the ITEM, SIZE and click ‘BUY’ to add it to the shopping cart / bag. You can see the selected products by clicking on ‘Shopping Bag’ at the top right of the page. From the Shopping Bag you can directly change the quantity of products to buy, delete them if you have changed your mind or add them to your Wish List. To complete the order, simply click on ‘Pay’ and go to the stage of compiling shipping and payment data.

Registering is not mandatory, but by doing so you will enjoy the following benefits:

Each order can be shipped to a single address. If there are gifts or products in your order that need to be shipped to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

It is possible to ship an order as a gift. To do this, add the products you want to give to your shopping bag. Check the box for the “gift” function present at checkout and fill in the required fields. You can enter a personalized message to attach to your gift and choose whether to send the shipping confirmation email to the recipient, without indicating the price.
WHY DO SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLY FOR SOME PRODUCTS?
Due to international trade agreements and regulations, we are obliged to adhere to particular shipping restrictions. Consequently, we do not ship outside the European Union of product / packaging components made with skins of certain animal species.

IS MY SHIPMENT INSURED?
All products are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once the products have been delivered to the specified shipping address and whoever picked them up has signed, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your package is damaged upon delivery, we suggest you refuse delivery, or write a note upon signing that you are accepting a damaged package.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment. Therefore, please make sure you provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery based on the delivery times specified, when you enter your shipping information when placing your order.
CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO AN ALREADY EXISTING ORDER?
It is not possible to change orders or add products to an existing order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND WHEN THE PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED?
Once the online purchase process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address used to place the order. The payment of the payment on your credit or debit card will take place at the time of order confirmation.

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours. The expected shipping times are to be considered as indicative only, as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the credit card payment authorization processes. HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?
The items include the relative packaging in the color and shape and material of the relative format as visible from the site. They will in turn be packed with protective materials and delivered inside a “Havana” cardboard box.
For some items, exclusive editions or gift packs, the standard packaging consists of a rigid black shopping bag customized with the ANTONIO VARISCO MILANO logo.

Requesting the RAN number (return authorization) is very simple. If you are registered:

- locate the order that contains the product or products you would like to return and click on “Return the product” and follow the procedure
